Much like a mole, I never see my home in the light of day. This time of year, I leave when it’s dark, and I come home when it’s dark. Last weekend I never stepped out of the house.
So last night taking the garbage out, the empty can was tipped on it’s side and the lid was missing. So using my camera phone flash as a flashlight, I went looking for it. I thought maybe it had slid down the driveway. So I went looking for it. I never did find the lid. However I did find that a mole has made a play ground of of the little strip of yard where out property meets the street. The little bugger(s?) have been quite active. Since they do not like dense earth, he may very well be trapped in out little oasis of yard there.
