So today was the office potluck. Along with lots of food, we had a friendly competition for best holiday display. My cohort Tom and I won the Most Creative category. Our theme was built around the fact that our project is mostly a “virtual team”. So we created a virtual cube. A power point display, a video fireplace. Part of my contribution was to create a piece of virtual candy. Using one of those 4th grade science projects. Commonly called a mirror scope like the once pictured above. Instead of a frog, I used a round peppermint candy. I hid the mirrors in a holiday box. The QR Code took you to candy.haws.net. Allowing you to use your smart phone to take a pice of virtual candy with you.
