I-5 Sign Obama Rossi Ticket?

You know that big electronic billboard at the Fife bend near at I-5? Well this morning going northbound I saw the following:

Page 1
Voting for Obama for Change?
Page 2
We need change in Olympia too!
Page 3
Vote Dino Rossi for Governor.

Now just how messed up is that?
